Lync is a messenger client from Microsoft with which you can hold conversations and videoconferences with multiple members, making it a wonderful tool for virtual meetings.

The interface is simple, not very different from the other messenger programs like Skype or Messenger. In fact, you can even talk to your Skype contacts through Lync because both applications belong to Microsoft.
